“Britos” brewery is established in 2012 in Veliko Tarnovo. It occupies an area of 13 acres and so far its equipment is one of the most modern and high-tech installations on the Balkan Peninsula. Its yearly production capacity is 20 million liters and the process is entirely automatized along with high efficiency of the technology.
“Britos” is a part of the down fermenting brews and has a pure hop aroma, malt flavor with harmonized bitterness and well expressed lasting foam. The control of the recipe and the quality of the beer is performed by authorized by the standards of EBC laboratory and Institute for Fermentation and Biotechnology, Berlin (VLB). The malt is imported from Austria and is entirely from selected spring barley, aromatic and bitter hop from Hallertau valley, Germany.
